Zumba® classes fuse Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. Zumba® participants can achieve long-term benefits while having a great time in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing fun! Routines feature interval training where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt while burning calories. Zumba® is for everyone--every age, gender and fitness level. You take it at your own pace. No special clothing is needed, just clothes that are easy to move in, a t-shirt, loose or stretchy pants/shorts and gym shoes (although Zumba® does sell its own line of fun workout clothes).
